Job position: B2B Sales Manager

Summary of the position:
B2B Sales Manager will be primarily responsible for attracting new business clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual that strives to make a difference.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Actively approach targeted business clients (telephone, email, social networks, events, etc.);
- Search for new client leads;
- Manage relationships with existing customers;
- Demonstrate a high level of enthusiasm and motivation;
- Collaborate with departments such as Human Resources, Marketing, Logistics, IT, Customer Service and Finance;
- Achieve financial objectives by preparing annual budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions;
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge through workshops, publications, networking and professional societies;
- Maintain operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program, operational and personnel policies and procedures;
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
Business or Marketing degree
Work Experience:
2-3 years in retail business
Additional qualifications:
- Good command of Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Additional skills:
- Excellent communication and people skills;
- Strong commitment to customer service;
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations;
- Confidence, drive and enthusiasm;
- Decision-making ability and sense of responsibility;
- Ability to understand and analyze sales figures.
