Position: Senior Designer
Department: Marketing

Basic duties and purpose of the position:
Assists the Marketing Department in the preparation and implementation of practices and strategies in order to achieve internal and external communication objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepares promotional materials of the company from a visual aspect;
  • Coordinates design staff to achieve timely and quality objectives;
  • Conceives and realizes different campaigns from a graphic point of view;
  • Prepares internal and external publications ensuring correct implementation of brand rules;
  • Follows all graphic design processes in accordance with brand rules and campaigns (video, design, etc.);
  • Supports the implementation of the company’s commercial catalog;
  • Creates graphic materials for promotional and internal purposes;
  • Photographs and archives images of the company and catalog products;
  • Assists in organizing public and internal company events;
  • Designs posters, flyers, forms and other communication materials;
  • Follows the progress of various marketing department projects.

Qualification:

Education:
University degree is preferred

Experience:
Minimum 4 years of work experience in this profile

Other qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Adobe package (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop);
  • Experience in creating spots with in-house post production.

Personal competence:
Good communication skills; willingness to cooperate and interact; creativity.
